Life Redefined in Clay

I'm an artist based in the state of Georgia, USA.

I've always been drawn to creating things with my hands, and love exploring different forms of art. My journey into the world of ceramics started in 2023, under the mentorship of Melanie Drew at The Blue Heron Art Studio.  There, I learned the techniques of working with clay and began to explore how I could blend these new skills with my background in glass blowing, metalwork, woodworking, and painting. 

Before I fell in love with clay, I explored various artistic mediums, each teaching me something about texture, composition, and expression. In my work, I aim to capture the raw emotions and the unpredictability of life. My creations are more than just pottery; they tell stories of life’s beautiful chaos.

The idea of embracing the chaos not only defines my style but also resonates through each piece I create.
